Shampoo and conditioner for build up

Whatever cheap shampoo and conditioner I'm using has caused terrible build up. My hair feels all heavy and is dull.

Was contemplating treating it with hedrin which is great for removing product but though there might be a shampoo / conditioner alternative!!

Redken cleansing cream! Amazing clarifying shampoo. About a tenner but you need a tiny tiny bit so lasts FOREVER and really effective.

I felt like this the other day and my hairdresser recommended to wash my hair with washing up liquid, changing shampoos and shampooing twice.
Seems to have worked for me!

Wow, washing up liquid sounds harsh !

Another one for Redken Cream Cleanser. It's fabulous - I tend to use it about every 4th wash x

I use Toni & Guy Men Deep Clean Shampoo (though everyone else in the family pinches it Hmm )
It's £6.49 in Boots.
Also Tresemme do a Deep Cleansing Shampoo not sure how exactly much it is but usually available at Superdrug & most supermarkets around £3 - £5.
