Summer work shoes for skirts?

I need a pair of comfyish work shoes, something to wear with summer pencil skirts/ruched skirts. I'm thinking wedges would be good as I'm on my feet a lot, maybe a tan colour. But I need something with a covered toe.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I don't do heels but Clark's have a great range of closed toe ankle strap shoes. Hang on I'll find a link...

I'm already sorted with flats (have great tan ballet shoes) I think. It's just the pencil skirts need a heel. I wear heeled Chelsea boots in the winter with opaques.

Sandals from Lotta of Stockholm are the business. These are very comfortable, even though they have a heel.
