Loose jersey skirt below knee?

justtheonethen · 24/05/2017 21:49

Can anyone help me find a skirt that fits this criteria, I saw one on someone a while ago but I'm lacking in the right terminology to google!

It was grey jersey, below the knee, loose, tulip shaped?! All I can find are tight short jersey skirts or pencil skirts which I don't want! Basically want to cover knees and skimming rather than hugging my shape. Casual rather than dressy. Something I can throw a t shirt and converse on with.

Any help appreciated Smile

Seasalt Kerne skirt is similar

Thank you, I saw that but it's not quite right. My fault for not explaining well at all!

I don't know, but watching with interest as I had one from gap that I bought in 1999 and wore for well over a decade before it finally fell apart...

pencil but looks loose or can size up and has pockets!!

Looser fit but maybe bit short for what you are looking for? Also not grey.

Not sure if they are the right shape.

justtheonethen · 24/05/2017 22:17

Shorter than that but yes similar shape.

This is the closest I've found but it's too a line

red the second one is perfect but too short. Although it might not be too bad on.
I've tried sizing up a pencil before and it doesn't work on me.
Thank you.

Grey isn't a deal breaker by the way

I really like the sea salt kearne, but want something slightly shorter and a bit less shapeless...

TheFairyCaravan · 24/05/2017 22:32

Gap usually have jersey skirts

Thisismynewname123 · 25/05/2017 16:19

These from Gap. I was just about to order them to try (currently 40% off ends tonight with code YOURGAP)

Those links don't work this....

The links are working for me.

Thisismynewname123 · 25/05/2017 17:37

Oh don't they? They work when I click on them. Go to Gap website and search for "Drapey midi skirt" and "stripe wrap midi skirt"

MrsKenningtonBag · 25/05/2017 18:25

Following because I'd really like one!

The Gap ones are nice.

MrsKenningtonBag · 25/05/2017 18:29

Pencil ones are really no good for me either. Plus I want something cool with a bit of air flow!

poppym12 · 25/05/2017 19:58

I've got that asos skirt in black (and the same style in pinky nude colour). It's a bit longer on me than the model. I'm 5'8 and a bit. It's easy to turn the waistband over if you want it a bit shorter though without changing the flow of it.

Gap links don't work for me either...

justtheonethen · 05/06/2017 19:58

I bought the ASOS drawstring one and it's perfect! Thanks all!
