Help - need stunning black tie dress urgently!

I have an event i need an outfit for, 14-16 big boobs, flabby stomach (thanks intolerances) hate showing off the tops of my arms, de ent bum and legs for a "bigger" lady.

I also don't need shoes

So can you help me look damn fine? I have a back up but it's very wintery.
