Flat shoes that aren't ballet pumps

I'm a tall bird with size 8 feet. I'm after flat shoes that I can wear with dresses / leggings / skinny jeans that are more supportive for my feet than arch wrecking ballet pumps.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Brogues and loafers? Sandals? I live in these!

I find brogues a bit clumpy with my size feet, feel like I'm wearing policeman's shoes!

Could you get really good quality pumps like French Sole and then put a supportive insole inside?

Look online for "Gabor" or "Tamaris" shoes, for instance. They go up to size 8-8.5 and beyond.

Get pumps with a slight heel.

I got gabor inidanna flats that are great. So comfy like nothing on.Cheap zara ballet type are a nightmare.

Toms are comfy.
