What would you wear with this dress?

I'm wearing this to a hen night in London next Saturday. We are ending up in a club in Camden so I don't really want heels. I need a bag and a pair of shoes, and what tights? I'm a 16 and 5'6. Thank you!

Pretty dress.
I would go for no tights and maybe some flat mules? Or slightly heeled mules? And a across the body bag (for safety)
