Please help me get a work wardrobe

I've recently changed jobs and am now in a naice job where everyone dresses beautifully in lovely dresses, skirts and blouses.

I'm trying so hard but stick out like a sore thumb Blush. The dress code is officially smart casual but there's no actual guidelines. I would like to build a capsule like wardrobe but don't know where to start. I especially need help with shoes and jewellery! I've about £100-£150 to spend.

Have you got any basics to start with? I like the H&M workwear shirts (though they are thin so wear a good nude bra).

I have a couple of really beautiful skirts - one thick black lace and one lemon. Both are A-line. That's it really - I'm mainly in black trousers and plain tops and it's not cutting it.

I should also have said I'm a 12 and 5"7
