Or dresses. Just wondering if you can wear them on the shoulder if its cold or you don't feel like exposing yours shoulders that day? I have seen a few dresses and tops that i like but not sure how much i would wear them off the shoulder. Its cold!! and i live in a place where it rains A LOT!!!!
Would it look stupid and have you worn it that way?
