Shapewear that actually holds you in

I've been going through old threads but need some help. I've had 2 c-sections and have this overhang of belly. I've lost over 2 stone but its still there.

Have a few occasions coming up and really need something to pull my belly up and in, all the ones I've tried so far just gave me a round shape like I've a ball on my bottom half and looks worse with than without.

Dresses are to the knees and one of them is off the shoulder.
Any recommendations? Thanks

If such a thing exists I want one too! The problem I find is that they push everything somewhere else! I have one with a bra included from marks that I quite like but has poppers at the crotch and it is right faff when you need a pee! I find pants just cut in where they stop and roll over though so prefer a leotard type one.

I'm beginning to think it doesn't exist too. I'm a size 12 now from a size 16 and even though I've lost weight everywhere else, this overhang is still there. Probably the best option would be a tummy tuck Wink
