Please help me find dresses for work!

I start a new job soon and I need some clothes. Everyone else wears jeans and tops but I'm not comfortable in those so I'm looking for dresses to go with leggings instead! (Normally I'd wear tights but can't due to the job)

I've found one that I've attached that is the right style and fit, I also like them with a bow around the waist.

I would prefer something dark or black but I'm open to a bit of colour too

I dont know what kind of job you have but IMHO that is sort of short lenght for work.

I get dresses for work from Boden mainly, i dont buy nothing shorter that just above the knee, but really mostly on the knee.

Leggings are just past it now! Especially for work. Unless you are ultra skinny and very young of course!

Could you buy slim chinos and shirts? Dresses should be worn with tights ideally. Go for longer. Asos has loads or M and S. You could also look for casual slim trousers and tunic style popovers.

I'm first time pregnant and struggling to find. Ice dresses for work. I usually buy fitted dresses from Phase Eight, LK Bennett etc in the sales and have nice jackets to go with them.

I am really struggling to find smart work dresses, I just received two Isabella Oliver dresses that I ordered and disappointed with quality and fit of them. AIBU or are all mat dresses fairly shapeless and soft materials?
