Wedding outfit

Looking for an outfit for my 13 year old daughter to wear to a family wedding.
She is 13 with a woman's body so anything aimed at her age group just doesn't fit on her bust or hips , or is too "twee" party dress. On the flip side , what I have seen in a woman's size 10/12 is too old or grown up ...... any ideas ?

Something like this perhaps? There are a few similar shapes on the Quiz website that look similar. I saw a couple in store this morning and they look very pretty. My DDs were in adult clothes at the same age - it's hard to pitch it right.
