IF you have the body for it yes, otherwise no. I wouldn't but I am plump :-) and have big boobs.

You'd be able to see your bra through the lace at the front which would ruin the look and make an otherwise nice (but short) dress look tacky (imo)

It gives the length in the description. I reckon it would be just above the knee on me (am 5' 4"). If you can do high neck, then go for it. It's gorgeous.

Yeah high neck usually works for me, as I have a boyish (plump but boyish) body shape.

It looks like a ditsy tennis dress. I think it's one of those dresses that photographed well looks ok, but then you see someone wearing it and you think ' oh dear...'
Caveats:
If you have a small chest ( no bra)
Great legs
Tan

-then it's doable. But I have very stringent ideas (being a shot fat person) as to what people with better figures than me should wear, because I end up thinking Oh you could wear anything, why did you choose that?

I think you would need to be about 16, very skinny and tanned to pull that one off, I'm not sure it would look as good on a plump person (sorry OP).
