I've never worn lip liner ever 
. But I watched a few videos about lipstick on Youtube from that make-up woman that everyone on here raves about (forget her name) and I've gotten more interested in make-up recently. So I figure maybe if I start wearing lip liner it will be easier to wear and apply my lovely bold lipsticks that I hardly ever wear.
Any recommendations for brands? Cruelty free ones please which I know makes it more difficult.
