Really need to get a new perfume. Any ideas???

Favourite ever is the original Nina by Nina Ricci (and definitely not the apple shaped abomination that currently carries the name).

Favourite still available is YSL Rive Gauche. It's the only one I've ever had unexpected compliments for wearing.

loveinasuitcase · 17/05/2017 22:26

Ricci Ricci by Nina Ricci is my all time favourite. I do have Tribe, which I wear quite a lot since they re-released it. It brings back a lot of feelings from my teen years.

SafeWord · 17/05/2017 22:27

Stella by Stella McCartney.

NeverTooOldForAnything · 17/05/2017 22:27

No 5. I always go back to it. I sometimes wear No 19 for a change, they are both lovely in different ways

Ojoj1974 · 17/05/2017 22:28

Molecule 1. It's a pheromone based perfume and v sexy!!

FortyFacedFuckers · 17/05/2017 22:28

Donna by Valentino

loveinasuitcase · 17/05/2017 22:29

Rattle, cross posted with me. Do you mean the same one I love by Nina Ricci? It is in a plum coloured bottle with a giant bow on top. I actually have all her perfumes, but that one is my favourite.

BaronessBomburst · 17/05/2017 22:30

L'Air du Desert Marocain by Andy Tauer.

What do you like OP? Which perfumes have you worn previously?

KenDoddsDadsDog · 17/05/2017 22:31

Prada Infusión D'Iris
Kiehls Coriander

Longdistance · 17/05/2017 22:32

Emporio Armani She, the gold bottle.

MoonlightandMusic · 17/05/2017 22:34

Hermes Kelly Caleche. Failing that either Hermes D'Orange Verte or Rochas Tocade.

Scoose · 17/05/2017 22:36

Tom ford black orchid is my favourite also love jo malone peony and blush suede

silkpyjamasallday · 17/05/2017 22:49

The classic Chloe perfume, I've worn it since I was 13 and always have a bottle in my handbag and on my bedside table. I love it and everyone says it is 'my smell' as I have never worn anything else. I have been tempted my jo Malone mimosa and cardamom but I get it as a candle as I am averse to change. Grin

Another vote for Wings here.

Orlandointhewilderness · 17/05/2017 22:58

Chanel No 5. Only thing I have ever worn. I adore it. My Mum has it too and I think it crosses generations.

TheRattleBag · 17/05/2017 22:59

loveinasuitcase No, Nina was a crystal bottle. I also loved the pink and green bottled Belles de Ricci. I miss them both :-(

Passage d'Enfer by L'Artisan Parfumeur and Sycomore by Chanel. Both not very typical women's fragrances but are intriguing and last really well.

Aspiringcatlady · 17/05/2017 23:02

Just brought myself Hollister wave and it is so nice!! Its the cheapest perfume I have ever brought too!

Innermagic · 17/05/2017 23:07

Juliette has a gun - moon dance, can't stop sniffing myself 😊

GypsieRoseLee · 17/05/2017 23:07

I used to wear Deep Red by Hugo boss. I literally had men come up to me at work to smell me as they loved it so much. I loved it to and drenched myself in the stuff! I also love Tresor by lancome and had loads of compliments on that too.

molemonkey · 17/05/2017 23:11

Hugo deep red my all time favourite! Always have a bottle on the go!

GypsieRoseLee · 17/05/2017 23:13

I must add I didn't wear it so men could sniff me but it just happened to be a, rather unwanted, side effect and sadly none of the men were very attractive anyway!

MadisonAvenue · 17/05/2017 23:13

Lush Karma, although it's a tie with Lush Orange Blossom but that's been discontinued.

Lexilooo · 17/05/2017 23:20

Jean Paul Gaultier - I had it in the 90s and still love it

TheRattleBag · 17/05/2017 23:23

I'd definitely recommend going for a classic that's not likely to be discontinued, as it's so upsetting to lose a favourite.
