Classic red nail colour?

I'm looking for a lovely red, think 1940's. want something blue based not orange.

Has anyone got a favourite red, I like OPI big apple red but wonder if it's a bit too bright.

I love OPI Big Apple Red! But if you think it's too bright, OPI has tons of different reds to choose between.

In all honesty H&M's "Red Nail" is the best I've got and I've got about twenty reds and one of the cheapest.

Please use a base coat though else it can chip x

Jin Soon 'Coquette' is my absolute fave red; very 1940s. Lasts for a good 5 days looking immaculate too.

Opi Color so hot it berns it lovely

I like Maybelline Power red. It's cheap and stays for long.

I'm fair too. You mention crimson. I recently got OPI 'got the blues for red' which is more a crimson red. I also love 'big apple red'

OPI the thrill of Brazil is one of my all time favourite creme reds. If you like shimmer then OPI I'm not really a waitress or China Glaze ruby pumps are beautiful polishes.

I think there is just OPI Red. Their web site is excellent for accurate colour representation.
