High-end, non-leather bag?

Hello S&B ladies, I need some recommendations please for a nice bag which is not leather. Happy to pay quite a bit if need be. If it was like the one attached, that would be awesome. Thanks.

Have you looked at Stella McCartney? All her bags are non-leather.
