Matalan gym gear - sizing?

Anyone know if they come up big or small?

Want to buy some tops but the choice for me is M (12-14) or L (16-18) and I'm kind of between a 14 and a 16.

I just got some fab gym gear from there and I think they come up big so would size down.

Thanks. Took a gamble last night and ordered the smaller size so sounds like that was the right choice.

Their stuff is really good! Fairly true to size. I'm a curvy 10 with a big bum and the small fits fine. I bought the black Capri leggings last year and being gym gear they are washed a lot and are still like new!

The Medium fits me perfectly for gym wear and I'm a 10-12 so I think you may need the L.

I'm a 14 and the Medium fits me perfect.
