Sea spray/beach hair recommendations

I'm looking for something to give some waves/tousled look to my very fine hair.

Any recommendations please?

I've tried a few - including Bumble and Bumble and Toni and Guy - but the best one for me is Kerastase's Spray a Porter. I spray it on before blow drying my hair (it contains heat protection), scrunching it as I go, and then when my hair is still slightly damp I tong random sections from the top layer of hair. It doesn't weigh my hair down like the other two did and there's no crunchiness. You can also use it on towel dried hair and leave it to dry naturally scrunching the hair as you go.
