Summer jackets

I always really struggle with summer jackets - I'm ok for casual but struggle for work, where I'm also quite casual but not so much if you see what I mean! I wear a lot of shirt dresses etc for work and need something that would go with them. Any ideas? Thanks!

These are very lightweight and I got one to wear to work. Was hoping for the pink but it seems permanently OOS so got the green instead which is a much nicer shade in RL than on the website. The navy and light blue are nice too imo.
