Thread vein removal

I have really ugly thread/spider veins on my legs. They are getting worse and I can actually feel them breaking out.

I'm only 40 but my legs look so ugly and never get them out. I will be the one wearing trousers in really hot weather.

Any advice on how to get rid of them. I've tried laser treatment once but they have come back, albeit not as bad.

I had sclerotherapy on my thread veins at Dr Newmans Clinic (can't remember the address I'm afraid but he has a website). Basically the veins are injected with a solution - not at all painful - and it works. He did say that laser treatment doesn't work with leg veins. I'd highly recommend it - but it's not cheap. Hope that helps.
