Please don't laugh, I already know I'm missing the point of camping!
I have naturally very curly hair, but cut into a pixie cut, so requires straightening after every wash. Normally when camping I then wear a bandana or similar for the rest of the trip, but I've got so many events this summer, and I want to look nice at least at some of them!
I've got a mini set from Go Outdoors which plug into the cigarette lighter in a car, but they're rubbish and barely do anything, plus I'm always worrying about draining the car battery.
Do gas powered straighteners still exist? Are they any good? What about some of the fancy newer rechargeable cordless ones?
