Strapless wedding dress - covering arms

Posted this in the wedding section but posting here too for traffic.

So I have purchased a strapless wedding dress which I absolutely adore and feels so amazing on and flatters my figure etc the only problem is I have flabby bingo wings which i hate.

Would a shrug look ok and if so would you recommend a Lacey ivory one or satin one with the attached dress? Both would be with short cap sleeves.

Cap sleeves are really unflattering on flabby arms IMHO - more so than strapless or bare arms because they cut across the the flesh.

I would suggest something quite floaty in lace or chiffon, which will also keep you cooler. Nancy Mac do lovely lace jackets and shrugs.

Shall check those workouts out cashmere thank you :-)

Think I may go with the majority and give up on cap sleeves I think you are right.

I may actually just go strapless and to hell with it! My partner loves me the way I am anyway so who am I trying to impress??!! Shall get working the arms tho between now and then and see if I can make a difference! Just ordered a barbell and am going to do one for f the many body pump classes on YouTube on the days I am not at the gym so fingers crossed!!

Thank you everyone!!
