Tip-only Rhinoplasty

So, my research suggests it is possible to have work done only on the nasal tip, but I'm wondering if anyone can share any experiences of this type of rhinoplasty? In terms of healing time? and whether I'd need to look for a surgeon specialising in tip work or whether it is just a normal part of rhinoplasty?

My nose is fine until the bottom, which protrudes out in Pinocchio fashion. Over projected nasal tip seems to be the right term.

I want to avoid having the bruising around my eyes caused by work being done with bones higher-up (I have a small bump but i quite like it) plus I think I can get away without it. I'm hoping to book a consultation soon but until then I am on a fact finding mission (on MN!)
