Inexpensive tote bag for work

I am looking for an inexpensive bag for work. Doesn't have to be leather, could be cotton, canvas etc but I would like it quite structured so it stands up. And look nice

Need to put in a few A4 files plus a laptop.

Any ideas please?

I found a (pleasantly) plain Armani Exchange one in TK Maxx for £24.99 a couple of weeks ago. Dark navy, heavy denim, with pockets on all four sides and a zipped compartment with a mobile slot inside.

However, a quick bolt through the website doesn't bring it up, although there are alternatives.......

You said inexpensive - try Zara - I have a few non leather totes from there that fit your brief and have been happy with quality and I lug them around all over the place. Oliver Bonas also possible.

Was also going to suggest Oliver Bonas. I like this, would be better in tan or grey imo, but still nice:

Saw a lovely black tote in Miss Selfridge.

ASOS - you'll get a cheap tote in any material or colour you like on there and their website does have great pics/scale they also do speedy delivery.
