Best facial sunscreen?

Just that really. I'm early 50's with combination skin that's drying out a bit. Want something to wear every day under light make up.

Any recommendations?

La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL 50+

Beautiful light, satiny finish.

Clinique city block. I use 25 but they have it in 40 too. Works as a light moisturiser and is slightly tinted and doubles as a good primer. Also suitable for use round the eyes so I mix it with my eye cream as most eye creams don't have spf.

Another vote for La Roche Posay factor 50.

The Boots own day cream is Factor 30 and is lovely and rich but light if you're on a budget

Clarin's Day Screen Multiprotection (SPF 50) . Small white bottle but will do your face for the whole summer.. Sinks in immediately. Other sunscreens just seem to sit on the surface of my skin and then make up slides off. This one is more like milk in texture, not greasy or thick but still effective SPF 50 plus UVA/ B etc

Seconding Clinique City Block Sheer. I tried loads of facial SPFs and this one is the holy grail imo. No greasiness, just a lovely, smooth finish that works just as well under make up or bare-faced. Love it.
