Best spot treatment?

I currently use tea tree oil on my blemishes, but was wondering if there is anything else i could give a whirl?
Does anyone swear by anything or recommends something particular?

Origins have something in a tiny blue bottle. Expensive but lasts ages, works a treat.

Clinique' s Anti Blemish range always works for me.

I have la Roche posay ai correcter.

I've just had a huge red spot appear. I decided to try sudecrem but it seems to just have halted growth and not brought it to a head.

I went out to buy clearasil rapid action 4 hr treatment. Have applied it twice and it seems to be working. Spot has got smaller but a little white head has also appeared.
