Help me style this skirt?

The photo doesn't do it justice. It's a good length on me at 5'7. I've got red suede heels to wear with it but what on top? Must have sleeves. It's for a day at the races.

I really like this top.

I think that skirt has the potential to be a bit frumpy so needs something a little plungy.

If you're wearing red shoes a top like this? Though maybe more of a tighter Bardot style rather than tshirt to make it dressier

You could also go for a pale blue. Something like this colour. Not a shirt style as it looks more for work rather than ascot but a fitted top in this sort of colour?
