Leather handbag for £150?

My DH bought me a Radley Liverpool medium handbag, which I've returned. Does anyone have any recommendations for an alternative? I really liked the quality of the bag and the leather but I would only have worn it as a cross body, the handles sticking up were a bit awkward and the strap didn't feel thick enough to be worn that way all the time.
I'm after something practical (ideally so I can keep hands free) but beautiful.

Fossil bags are excellent quality

If you are not in a rush, maybe wait for the Coach sale. They do some lovely bags and have very good discounts at sale time.
