Big day at work tomorrow. Have a fabulous pencil dress that I adore, and will be wearing with a blazer and sky scraped heels.
Period started today and I look pregnant! I am so bloated. I've drunk water all day and eaten sensibly (mostly!). I even went for a jog....the caught a glimpse of my reflection and that's when I spotted the massive belly.
Any tips on how I can reduce the bloat by the morning? Please help!!
