Need to return to French connection

I bought a casual top for an airport outfit from French connection whilst I was in Newcastle.

Now I've washed it it's developed 2 holes and has shrunk

My nearest store is an hours drive

Any suggestions???

Email head office and see what they suggest. You could post it to them and ask that if this is the case you'll expect your postage to be refunded as well.
Sometimes you can do a live chat with a sales advisor, not sure about Sundays!

Call the shop you bought it from. Say you are posting it back with the receipt (keep a copy) and that you'd like a refund, they can call you when they get the package to get your card details to process the refund.
