Night out outfit HELP!

I'm going on a hen do next weekend. It's not a willies and l-plates one, just a night out in town with the ladies. I have no idea what to wear as a night out for me is the pub and a power ballads sing along.

We're going out to eat so it has to be something with give, and I'm a size 14/16. Understated with a bit of glam would be ideal. I'm a ginger with pale skin.
