Massive cystic spot!! How do I get rid of it?

I've developed a spot with no head on my chin. It's HUGE! And sore. And I need to reduce the swelling by tomorrow if possible! Does anyone have any tips? I put some toothpaste on it last night because I heard that helps but it hasn't done anything! Any other tips before I retort to my paper bag on my head?

Magnesium sulphate paste.

Stick a hydracolloid plaster on it

Even if it's still there tomorrow, your imagination will think it's bigger than it actually is you know.

No magic but try a bit of ibuprofen gel, or one of those topical anti-inflammatory creams/gels. It will help a little. Other than that, leave it alone. Time, a hydrocolloid plaster won't do any harm, might help a little. Toothpaste won't help and might irritate it a bit further.

And concealer is your friend.
