I'm pushing 40 and a size 14 with a 34d bust. My figure is hour glass, and whilst my boobs and belly are both in reasonable shape, I have back fat. So should I avoid bikinis at all costs and go for a 1 piece? Or is a bit of back fat considered neither here nor there?

Going on a beach holiday soon and not sure what to choose. A bikini is more practical to nip to the loo, I hate trying to shimmy into a wet cossie. I know a tankini would be an option but I really don't get on well with them as they rise up.

So cast your votes please, would you advise me to cover up in a one piece or would you not blink an eye if you saw me & my flabby back on the beach?

Strut...yes, this is about just having confidence isn't it. Damn why am I so pathetic and unable to just not care what anyone else thinks

Go for the bikini, you said yourself that you prefer them Smile

Definitely bikini and strut.

A full costume on a hot beach makes me feel hot and uncomfortable. But I must say I'd pull the crotch to one side to pee - not roll the whole thing off!

I have back fat all over my body, it knows no bounds, and I wear a bikini.

Ok this is good. Thank you! Bikini and strut will be my new mantra
