plus size swimwear

I have a couple of spa weekends coming up, I haven't been to one before and am nervous about what to wear. I am so self conscious in swimwear, I have a swimsuit with shorts for holiday which is great as I hate my thighs, but it's a bit 'sporty' looking for a spa.
Can anyone recommend a swim suit (not bikini) which is best for plus size? I'm a size 18.. I guess no swimwear is going to shape my thighs though are they?!

I got a great swimsuit from Sainsbury's this week, £12 with tummy control! I thought it was a bit too simple but actually it's very flattering on and the straps are so comfortable !! 👍 Enjoy the Spa.

What do you think of this one? Thats nice Mini I'm happy to spend more for the most flattering one I can get, but I'll see if my local sainsburys has that in

That's lovely, love the colour. I know what you mean, I was happy to spend up to £70/80 as we are off on holidays and it'll get a lot of use so I couldn't believe it when the £12 Sainsbury's suit was a winner 😊 M&S generally do some good suits for about £35 or so.

If you can find a Moontide size 18 swimsuit online (ebay. Amazon and beachwear stores) I think you'll be pleased. Quality fabric and they feel substantial. Also have adjustable straps unlike the Sainsbury's one. Mine have proper bust support too.

I've been looking for a new swimsuit for ages and found this by accident as it's not a shop I normally would go in
Sizes are quite generous though I'm a 16 and 14 fitted perfectly and is so much more flattering than any I tried in M n S, Debenhams, Sainsbury's etc
