Has anyone bought the Boden slim jeans...or are there any other flattering dark denim straight cuts out there?

Hi, have begun to feel frumpy in my boot cuts, would like some straighter cut but really dark denim jeans for spring. Would like a lightweight denim in a really dark blue with a bit of stretch in it. Saw some nice Great Plains ones in a local shop (in size 8 ) but they are not on the website. The Boden ones look OK but not sure. I'm 5'8" and a size 14 bottom half (but getting smaller!)

The long length ones still too short on me. Back they go...

nice cut( VERY low waist for boden) but long too long to wear iwht summer shoes( ie flats) and haev a lng pair already
os back to try ofr reg which i ear wiill be too short

I got their skinnys the other week and they are fab.
They fit perfectly.

You are brave Aloha - I am a 12 but I have hips and I look hideous in slim jeans - wish I could wear them cos they look really smart are the gap ones better for people with a more "hourglass" figure or should I just keep avoiding them altogether?

Orville - no I usually steer clear of anything that says skinny on it . But I'll definitely give them a go next time I'm shopping!

interesting - have the Gap ones in "3-yr wash" but wanted something darker and the Gap dark straight legs are actually too skinny.

ye siw anted darker btu as the asistant said too dark in summer looks odd
