Help my postpartum hair!

After the birth of my DS 5 months ago my hair is horrendous! I'm losing lots of hair daily and my naturally fine hair is greasy and I have a flaky scalp can anyone recommend a good quality shampoo/conditioner/product please?

Hi! Know what you are going through, I lost loads of hair and my scalp is still itchy 9 months after. I used Redken Dandruff control which helped in extreme cases. I also got some coconut oil and applied it where sore, this really works. Unfortunately I think it is hormonal and also made worse if you are using heating more to keep baby warm or not going out as much? Maybe try taking extra Vit D if not breastfeeding? I haven't found a wonder product yet and I am still a walking snowstorm, really embarrassing and it means I don't really go to the hairdresser!!

You have my sympathies. My DD is six months and my hair is still falling out

So glad I found this thread. Dd is 5 months old and I'm loosing clumps of hair never had this after having my two boys though.

Strangely after having DD my hair was fine but this time... hoping someone will come along with more great tips!
