Comfortable flip flops

So once it gets warmer, I like to wear flip flops ALL the time (work, dog walking, everywhere) as I don't like wearing shoes. I'm looking for comfortable flip flops for my small but incredibly wide feet. So far the only ones I've found that are comfortable are Havaianas, however they are very pricey (cheapest I've found is £13) and I'm on a tight budget. Any recommendations? I've tried Ipanema's but they must be made for a slimmer foot than my super fat feet and they cause blisters at the sides of my feet. Any recommendations for something comfortable yet cheap?

If you wear Havianas that much then on a cost by wear basis they must be affordable? I was going to say Ipanemas but if that's a no then any other flip flop? I've worn Havianas in the past and to my mind they don't give any more support than other flip flops, they just last longer.

Just buy havs , you wit regret and they last ages compared to cheap ones!!! I buy a new white pair every summer and the old ones get used in the garden etc . They last all summer and I wear them day in day out !

My 90p Primark pair are still going strong from last year and they came with me on a trek through the Thai jungle.

Otherwise Animal flip flops are the comfiest and I've seen them for around £10.

I've had a pair of doc marten flip flops in brown leather, really thick sole, for over 4 years and I wear them all the time.

my feet are way too wide for both havi's and ipan's - my other pair of fab flops are crocs - wear them all year too.

I always wore havaianas but Tis year have discovered fitflop flip flops- actual proper rubber flip flops they're so comfy

Gandys. You can normally find them for cheaper on eBay or outlet stores, however it is worth paying full price because of the background and charity work they do.

Ladyofthecanyon it's not the support but the rubbing against the sides of my feet (and if the toe post is too wide) between my toes that is a problem. I know that cost to wear ratio is pretty good but I like to save in any area possible, so if I can spend £10 less on just as comfy a flip flop then I would like that, particularly as I like having a couple of pairs.

Rizlet I have crocs but didn't know they did flip flops so will definitely look into that as I reckon they would be super wide!

Was going to say the 90p primark ones too. I'm size 7 skinny foot so bought the medium, when I put them up against the large the main difference was width so might be worth a try! Even if mine break I'll go buy another pair!!
I also have Havannas and love them but like different colours for different outfits so buy a few cheap pairs each year too.

Reef flipflops are good; the rubber seems to be a higher quality than other ones. They're not expensive.

I have some ancient flip flops from a skate brand DC which are incredibly wide, I got them in TK Max for about £5, might be worth a look for you as they often have shoes that are too wide for the average foot.

you are right BmB - the crocs are really wide and extremely comfy - saw some good prices on amazon recently too.

I bought Havaianas for the first time about four years ago - didn't think the extra £ would make that much of a difference to flipflops but I would never buy any other make now. So bouncy and comfortable.

I love FitFlops but at their price,I don't really think of them as beach flipflops, more substantial like sandals. If you can stretch to FitFlops, they are brilliant.

I got a pair of havianas in TK Maxx for £2. To be fair, I have wee feet and the flip flops were in the kids dept. Result!

I was going to say havanias too, my pair are 4 years old, though I don't wear them s much s you.
They are definitely worth the money in the long run though.

I came on to say Havanias too. Cost per wear is good value if you wear them daily.

Thank you for all the recommendations, there are definitely a few I hadn't heard of/ wouldn't have thought of, and maybe I will see if I can try them in tkmax.

Not crocs, flip flops made by crocs. They are very comfy.
Wearing flip flops all the time is bad for you though. Holidays only or get proper fit flops
