Curls that stay, what would you recommend to put them in?

Looking to replace a set of heated rollers. When I curl my hair, curls drop out and my hair ends up out of style and quite frizzy and flat.

Any tools that work? What would be a replacement, either newer options ( do young girls still use heated rollers??) or certain brands/models.

I have 'bottom of shoulder blade' length hair. Not as thick or glossy as it was. I need to have a sleek, groomed style for my professional job.

Thanks.

I have similar hair and use sponge rollers on the lower half of barely damp hair and sleep in them (DH is a lucky guy). The curls/waves hold all day and look great. Google sponge rollers for beach waves (or summat similar).

Babylis curl secret is a life changer. Curls look natural and last all day. My hair is fine and nothing else has ever worked.
