Reliably told is a dupe for the really good Becca one.
So, I put it on before foundation and it makes no difference to how my skin looks at all. Maybe it makes the foundation go on a bit easier but that's all. What exactly is supposed to happen? How is it supposed to look? I also have a highlighting powder which I attempt to use on my cheekbones for a glow as instructed and that does bugger all too. Is th because I have really pale skin? Do these things only
Work with a tan? Or am I not using them correctly?
