Which of these for a 21st birthday gift?

For a good friends daughter - previously bought her an Alex Monroe bumblebee for 18th which she reportedly loved!

They are affluent she will get a lot of gifts - am avoiding hopefully more obvious brands like Tiffany , pandora , links and Monica vinader.

I have decent taste I think but am way too old to be sure !!

I definitely prefer option B... but then i hate chunky jewelry and always wear dainty stuff.
