Hats and pony tails

I've been growing my hair out from a chin length to a shoulder length and a bit longer.

But I can't wear hats now. I look like Worzel Gummage or like I'm wearing a comedy hat.

And...is it possible to wear a hat with a pony tail?

What about a messy bun hat?

Ummm, I'd have to learn to do a messy bun...but I see where you are coming from.

A trilby goes with long hair. You can wear your hair down or a low ponytail.

For a more casual look, I love my baseball with high ponytail

following on from that messy bun idea - do some messy plaits? Some lovely ideas under 'boho plaits' on you tube that I spotted. Unfortunately because my hair is poker straight - those messy plaits kind of don't look good on me but I think they would work with hats...
