Best for highlighting under eyes

I'm now showing signs of darkness / yellowing under my eyes and a slight tinge of blue in the corner of my eyes.

I used to use Macs highlighter but I'm finding this a bit drying.

What do you use?

Touche eclat-- they now do a corrector one aswell.
