Best fake tan for pale skin

I don't normally bother with fake tan and tend to cover my pale skin up, but I've bought a nice white cotton dress for the summer so need at least a hint of colour.

Happy to try gradual tanning lotions or fake tan and don't mind the cost, the main thing is that it's not too dark or orange.

Not up for spray tan as I'd prefer the convenience of doing it myself.

If anyone has any pics of their fake tan results that they're happy to share, I'd love a look!

Clarins radiant glow booster drops are fabulous. There are ones for both face and body. You put the drops into moisturiser or body lotion so totally customisable. I am blue so one drop makes me look alive and two drops are a weekend in the garden. It doesn't smell compared to other self- tanning products and is the only thing I have found that looks believable on me. I have white bedding and it does not transfer either.
