Help me find a dress please!

I'm having abdominal surgery next week and really need a dress, as I only currently own jeans or trousers.
I'm a 16 and 5'7"
I love seasalt, but most are slightly too short for what I want.
Ideally something below the knee, but not maxi. Fit and flare/wrap
There is one lovely seasalt one, but they're out of stock online and in store of the 16
I want a pattern and short sleeves.
Ideally under £50, but can stretch to more for the perfect dress!
Can you help me please?

Can you show us the seasalt one so we can compare?

This one from m&s ?
I have several from East (bought from eBay) and also Adini - you will probably need size L1

Oasis have a few t shirt material wrap dresses that are super soft so they won't tug or hurt you. The one I've included comes in a longer length but if your 5"7 then the others might finish just above the knee ever so slightly. They come in S,M and large. A medium is a 12 to 14, a large should be perfect for you. I'm a 14 and most of the time I'm a medium.
Take a look in the website as they have some lovely wrap dresses.

Have a look at the White Stuff sale - there are some nice dresses in a similar style to Seasalt.

CountFosco · 22/04/2017 14:39

That's a very similar shape to the Boden casual jersey dress. It's available in petite, regular and long length so you should hopefully be able to get one that's a good length for you, it's normally on the knee length wise if you buy your normal length. There's a 25% off sale starting tomorrow so don't buy until then.

have a look on bravissimo.com!

Is the abdominal surgery relevant to the dress-do you need something to wear that's not fitted across the tummy? Sorry if I'm being dense!

BusterGonad · 22/04/2017 15:01

Oasis have a wrap dress very similar to the one I've listed for just £15.

Greyboot · 22/04/2017 16:36

Thankyou for all your suggestions, I'm off to have a look now.

Redlocks.. it's relevant as I do need something that's not fitted yes 🙂

Dorothy Perkins- look in tall section too for longer length

BusterGonad · 22/04/2017 17:03

I personally find my oasis ones very comfy, as flattering.

Greyboot · 22/04/2017 17:45

Thankyou!

I particularly like the boden one (and it's reduced.. I'll wait until tomorrow though in case it's even cheaper!)

Not sure if I'll need an 18 though, as I have a 16 jersey top from there and it's quite fitted.
Anyone have dress size experience with boden?

Thanks again Smile
