I have a date at the weekend and I need something belly hiding/skimming to wear with jeans and heels (I am 42)
Thanks!

Boden Ravello? I'm a recent convert! Too late for this weekend, probably, but for future reference.

How much do you want to spend? Mint Velvet is good for these but is expensive.

Or Wallis

Fat face - I think it's called Florence
Blue and white
And there's a nice pink one too I covet

NewPantsforaNewYear · 20/04/2017 20:04

Oasis

nannyplumislostinspace · 20/04/2017 20:11

They have some nice ones in Esprit

LapinR0se · 20/04/2017 20:16

I really wouldn't wear Boden or Fat Face on a date

I've recently got this from TU at Sainsburys. It's lovely and very belly skimming.

MyOtherNameIsBetter · 20/04/2017 23:53

Thank you! Not worried re price.

Sorry I should have mentioned I'm a pear so the long asymmetric ones are not good for me. I love the Oasis one, slightly worried about the back crack but I'll go and try it on.

The Tu and the fat face look a little too daytimey casual I think

Espirit look lovely but I don't think there's one near me and their storefinder doesn't seem to be working Hmm Do they have concessions in John Lewis?

Oasis has this one too.

Jigsaw usually good for pears but I haven't seen any of these in RL

This one is v summery.

It might also be worth having a look in All Saints, if you've got one nearby, but you sometimes have to try their things on to work out if the shape is going to work on you. I find some are great and some seem to need a 6' beanpole.
