Does anyone know how they size up? I'm a uk 7 (probably more a 6.5 but have to size up for wife feet). Do they come up true to size?

I'm a true 6 and wearing a 39 today which they say is a 6.5.
They are an odd shape though so you may be best to try on if you can. If you can't, get a 40.

Ha yes my wife feet! Looks like I'm going to have to try them on or order two pairs just to be sure. I hate shoe shopping, sizes are so unpredictable!

I find them wide and generally big. They aren't the most flattering shoes I own but they are comfortable

Yes I would size down if possible. My 7's are wearable but slip a bit if I have no socks on and I have to tighten laces.

I'm a 3/4 and the 36s are big on me- I walk out of them, but love the style, so have kept, but not worn them!

I size down in them.
The leather ones seem to come bigger/wider than the canvas ones, though both fit big.

I'm a 6.5 European 40 and the superga trainers i have seem true to size.

I have the silver ones and they are true to size.They are wide but if I sized down they would be too short .

I'm a wide 6.5/40 and have supergras in 39.5 and 40.

The 39.5 fit better initially but tend to rub my toes after a lot of walking. The 40s are looser but no toe rubbing.

I'm a 5 and find them ok but a bit wide. (narrow feet.)
I find them very heavy. The sole is thick but they seem like diving boots after a few hours.

I'm exactly like you, OP, generally 6.5 but size up to 7 generally because of my horrible wide feet.

But Superga come up nice and wide; mine are 39.5.
