Bag ladies - help me find a nice back pack

Hi I need a new work bag and will be walking to work with all my gear so need a back pack really.

I'm not a massive fan of leather or mini / fashion ones, but I'd like one that's cool looking, and not canvas in case it rains.

What are the cool backpack brands now? Fjsllraven feels a bit done.
