Please help: Milia and a tight by budget!!

I'm covered, in fact I've all the milia in the world on my face (and chest).

Trouble is I'm on a tight budget, so looking lower end prices - no Liz Earle in other words!!!!

Anyone got some suggestions? Before I become a single large miliun!!

Oh and I'm not in UK - no Superdrug (think that's the only one missing)

Exfoliate wel over a couple of days using acids if possible, then use a hot flannel placed on top, nick it with a sterilized needle and squeeze out. It takes a bit of practise but they wont just go away without extraction.
