To be fair, I remember a few years back someone on Dragon's Den had kids' wellies that were see-through and you got interchangeable funky socks to wear under them. I reckoned at the time that they were marketing them wrong and should have been aiming them at festival go-ers. These are basically a much less practical version.

In my youth (probably about 2001 or so) I had a pair of clear pvc knee high boots that I used to wear with striped tights. I can indeed confirm you get misty condensationy boots from sweating and they don't look good.

In an effort to reduce this I made a little line of holes in them to allow air to circulate. It didn't work.

Now I think about it that might have been a bit of a fashion disaster
