Can I have your opinions on these potential dresses-to-get-married-in, please?

I'm 5'7", a size 12 but planning to knock a few more pounds off, fairly straight-up-and-down. I want a simple shape and sleeves of some sort but (to my surprise) have also fallen in love with sequinny/beady/embroidered-type frocks whilst searching.

What do you think? And has anyone ever ordered from Adrienna Papell for the US to the UK?

Can you order the N&T one and the AP ones from HoF and try them all on - you can return them and it'll tell you if they suit you. I was really surprised by what I liked when wedding dress shopping, it wasn't necessarily the ones I liked best beforehand!

I discovered today that Topshop have just launched a bridal shop, they have some beaded dresses and notably a midi length beaded one which might be nice if you decide the long ones are too heavy.

No 1 is my preference but they are all beautiful. I tried on some of this brand in John Lewis and they were all gorgeous although I went for a Ghost dress in the end.

Although they're all beautiful, no. 1 is my favourite by some distance. Your dream dress is amazing though, could you not get away with freezing for just one day? Grin

I wore #4 as a bridesmaid dress for a wedding and it's really gorgeous- a lovely dress I wish I could wear again!
